The Company operates in a single operating segment, segment, being the sector of the transformation of quartz into silicon materials and derivative products.

All true about those exercised warrants, but in a declining market it's an incentive to sell these just acquired HPQ-shares.

if you click on the insiders tab at the top of this page you can look at the entire trade history of every insider it will also show you how many warrants they have left after exercising and how many common shares they're still holding after selling
