Are you saying you never take your profits? You just buy and leave it there? Insiders are people just like you or me they have bills and interests and most likely other investments to make so what if they sold a few shares. Patrick exercised 700000 options @.07 on the 19th which still leaves him 1.35m options to exercise then he sold 682000 shares on the 21st leaving him with 171850 shares he's still holding it looks to me like he just needed cash for something
