The Company owns and operates senior living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Ontario. The Company owns and operates a total of approximately 82 senior living residences: 40 retirement residences (RRs) (including the Company's 50% joint venture interest in 12 residences in Ontario and Saskatchewan); 34 LTC communities; and eight senior living residences providing both private-pay IL/AL and funded LTC (including the Company's joint ownership in two residences in British Columbia). The Company also provides management services to an additional 12 senior living residences in the Provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.

RE:No guidance will be given via conference call, on now.

The beds are not replaceable. The government is going to have to increase funding post-covid. This is a lock for 5-10 years. Unless the government wants to open up senior care homes?

People are aging and will continue to do so. These beds are gooing to fill up and more will be needed.
