RE:RE:RE:RE:Elixxer Ltd. Announces Revised Debt Settlement Transactions

RE:RE:RE:RE:Elixxer Ltd. Announces Revised Debt Settlement Transactions Looks light the strategy could be to let the share price go to the floor, then convert the debt at such a low share price that they dilute the retail shareholders out of existence.
The updated terms of the debt conversion at 1.5c instead of 2c. Take 1/3 more shares while they are at it or wait till it hits the 1c floor and double the share allocation for the debt conversion! How can the Board remain in place with bevaviour? No respect for the shareholders except their own position.

No business plan, no visions or strategy and no money but could very well be the plan before taking over the company and rebooting. It will be of little consequence to any of the retail shareholders how the company does after that.  The regulator must have their eye on this company based on its behaviour and I'm sure some investors have raised these issues and the content of last set of fianncial accounts.
