It's correct. The date was April 2020, referring at top to WFT in March. 

They've had large non covid curtailments however lately in Chasm BC, CFP Isle Pierre, Tolko Quesnel etc but all due to no more logs to mill.  It's likely responsible for at least 1/3 of the runaway pricing.
