RE:RE:RE:RE:Here it comes...Perhaps, but I think the more likely situation is that Kalo ran that clip without any kind of formal permission.  Like the Beastie Boys' Paul's Boutique album - sample like crazy and hope you don't get sued.

Agree that KAL/HIllview is probably not in a position to pay what Sen should demand for IBS.

KAL/Hillview could not afford to purchase IB out right at the moment. They are just getting started after being grounded by covid delays that extended to their vegetable farms as well. They were actually giving KAL away in their new vegetable home delivery business. They do not have the bank roll to afford IB and gamble on this FDA/DEA uncertainty.  Same goes for $PR, KAL/Hillview or Pepsi won’t be swooping in any time soon until IB/$PR has proven viable and can play in the overly regulated Canadian markets.

However, I suspect Pepsi is on to something that the public is not privy. Using a Spider-Man clip for KAL in a commercial on social media?! Think about this.

I can only assume they had permission from Sony to use that clip with KAL photoshopped on the doors.  Facebook allowed cannabis to be advertised on their social media. Three major players are involved and now associated with a cannabis product.  A product that remains uncertain in the US.

To my knowledge, hemp becomes federally  illegal when manipulated into an edible/beverage/cosmetic etc and is restricted by FDA approval.  Theory: Is it plausible that Pepsi has found a loop hole where APP keeps the cannabis in a natural state without chemical alteration, enough so that the finished product(Infuz20) can remain classified as natural federally legal hemp.

Hmm interesting, could Pepsi/KAL be looking to prove this to the world by storm? It would seem so with all of the major players getting involved!

As for Hawks theory on Sen reclaiming $PR. It is a possibility. However, with the publicity of IB/KAL play, I would suspect that the debentures will come to an agreement to convert or hold/extend the outstanding loans. As for Sen calling in his million, he stated in his last release that IB would be injecting 855k into $PR. I do not believe this has changed as we have not received info otherwise. In fact, Sen stated that $PR will directly benefit from this KAL deal. Sorry Hawk, I don’t see Sen reeling in $PR at this time. JMO... Bring on the next celebrity/movie clip with the KAL photoshopped product shots!
