Therma Bright Inc

1. Therma Bright Inc raised $1.25 million at 0.075 cents issuing 16.6 million shares.
2. Therma Bright Inc pay for services and settle debt with shares.
3. Therma Bright Inc announced to acquire a company back in January for $500k but still not completed after all those months. Let alone announcing and completing any new deal.
4. Therma Bright Inc still making a deal to partner in the development of a rapid saliva test for the detection of the virus (SARS-CoV-2) causing COVID-19. So, they need time and money develop this then need time to get FDA approval then looking for partners to sell. Can we say, 6 to 12 months? Lol
5. Paying debt and services with stock, can not pay $500k and complete already announced deal for 8 months.
6. Insider selling stock to make end meat.
