ya ok I get it, but they are not profitable and eventhough they may be 'soon' they will need money to move the business forward.

so you don't see a raise coming? would it not be in their best interest to do a raise while the balance sheet is in good shape?

not trying to be combative, just trying to decide if I should try and get my average down now or wait for a better opporunity, I see the raise as my opportunity, if it comes, if not ,well then now might be a good time
