At this point I do not see any problem filling up that private placement. As QSC is trading close to .20 cents and now generating revenue. It probably how fasts management need the money and filling up the paperwork.

Last time was different as QSC was trading between .08 to .15 cents and they were offering private placement at .20 cents. I think they have money for now to get going, probably need this money later mostly end of next month for payment to Sinai and Sunnybrook.
