RE:RE:RE:Might as Well Peel it Back to 3 Cents

RE:RE:RE:Might as Well Peel it Back to 3 CentsAt least bigkagan is closer to the truth than the oodles to posters who believe that you can magically create energy from nothing on this board. Energy is neither created nor destroyed; it is converted from one form to another. Full stop. Suggesting otherwise is fantasy.

That's not to say that 'harvesting magnetic flux', as Thane Heins' device purports to do, isn't a real phenomenon with a practical application, but it's certainly deriving that additional electrical energy from somewhere and consequently something else in the system is suffering an energy deficit. Talk of 'infinite efficiency' and pointing to 'results' from labs specializing in proving perpetual motion machines doesn't help this particular technology get off the ground or help the share price of HRH. If the effect is real, verifiable, and marketable then a prototype should be a reasonably straightforward, albeit somewhat slow, path to silence doubt.

I for one look forward to seeing whether this venture sinks or swims given that I now hold a golden ticket kindly bought by the past euphoria on this board. My thanks to Empire; I may not believe in your thermodynamic miracle just yet, but I could certainly tell which way the herd was headed when it counted.
