https://torngatmetals.com/Their website reports a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) has been completed.

A March 2020 project .pdf on LinkedIn claims they aim to achieve production of ~11,000 metric tonnes of separated high purity rare earth oxides  (eg: Dysprosium) by 2023(4). 

Could this be the stirrings of the phoenix rising again, fueled by risks to world supply due to political, environmental, and poor health and safety standards in current production?

I couldn't find any updates since, but the Covid shutdown has impacted conferences and public visibility for everyone.  

Probably not time to hold your breath just yet, but it may be worth keeping an eye open for an uptick...
