I asked why Primo decided RS. I understand why they made this decision and what they expect in near future. However, I also sent my opinion to Joel that Primo management teams need to change their working style like do not hide something from shareholders, and provide information what we want like hemp harvest, inventories, gand sanitizer sales and recent deals.

Also that we decided to do the consolidation because with all the news in the last few months that we have been putting out has done nothing for the stock price. Too many penny flippers and day traders, it's hard to go against the grain in an upward battle.
Bringing the share structure tighter together with releasing consistent good news with focusing on the new structure and partnerships should help.
Imagine where the stock price would be with the new 10.5M shares out with daily trading of volumes of 1M to 10M like we've done in the past when we had 156M shares out? All we need is one solid press release and it should go.
We've been working on our strategic partnerships looking to create revenue streams to bring shareholder value.
We're all shareholders and in theory owners of the company. Sticking together and keeping the faith and believing in "your" company sending good thoughts will help the company more than people think.
Keep the faith Hyun we're in a good place.

This is great news, and I completely agree with the logic and reasoning...

I am also a big believer in staying positive in the face of hardships, and I have been very vocal about how we can help promote this ticker...

It is important for us to keep our eyes on the positive and encourage investors to go long on this company and hold strong...

With that said, even before reading this new email from Joel I personally bought almost another 10,000 shares to bring up my personal share count to an even number and show my support through these challenging times...
