That has to be the best worded comment on Thermal Energy I have read on this forum. I've owned this for over 20 years , knew Tom ( he ate in my restaurant a few times a week) , met all the new CEOs, been to almost every shareholders meeting , listened to all the promises and asks for patience. If you're not at the meeting I will paraphrase this to Mr. Crossland. 

At this point repeat sales should be lined up and they should be executing the installs with a level of excellence.
