why would bpy not pay mortgage even for non recourse when this will cost unit holders many times down the road with higher interests rates for loans as this is going to hammer bpy credit rating
why was bpy rent collection for retail so low compared to peers when management fees are 10-20x higher?
why wasn't management fees cut?
