Google it if you want to know more. So saying Canadians have an average IQ of 99 based on global IQ averages just confirms that we are average just like we should be. This is about as surprising as the fact that the sun will rise tomorrow. Investing has less to do with intelligence and more to do with risk assessment and tolerance anyway so I don't know why IQ is even being brought into it. I've been in Mensa (for scoring higher than top 2% in IQ tests) and there are a lot of really high IQ people whose real undoing is they are overly logical and have weak social skills. That makes them poor judges of things like market sentiment because they can get too fixated on the numbers. There's much more to life than just a high IQ folks.
That said, Trican is recovering nicely no matter what anyone says! Kudos to anyone who bought at its lowest as you had nerves of steel.
