Could be a fund still liquidating? Could be to shake out the weak hands or somebody may need the cash due to losses, ie Covid 19, sector or business losses? Still they must be losing money since all transaction, whether shorting or investing all takes money. Even all cash investments sitting without increasing, costs money since it's not currently working in a world where things keep costing more. We just have to hold tight!
