RE:Looking pretty safe hereAgree with all of your points.  So why are these stocks so heavily discounted?  My guess is
one,  the general public have yet to realize how profitable this sector is given the doom and
gloom scenario everyone is feeling about the covid economy  and 2.  the sustainaiibity of
high lumber prices.  Lumber prices are notoriously volatile and the sector is percieved as
a boom and bust one at best.  If prices can be sustained,  and I think they will,  its going to
shock a lot of people how outrageous the profits are in these companies.  That will get a lot
of attention and I think much higher valuations.   Unheard of low interest rates are also a 
huge factor especially in the more highely debt leveraged ones.  That should be a double 
whammy once the market starts to appreciate these facts.
