Lots of positive plans but where is the money to execute?

Lots of positive plans but where is the money to execute?Technicals look interesting but question if new highs supported by any fundamentals. Where will the funds come from for their ambitious growth plans.? Maybe, if Biden wins, it will get swept up in a cannibus euphoria.
