RE:RE:RE:Real Estate That's Lighter Than Air: Reverse Ponzi 2.0I talk to my customers and they are all saying the same thing...... there is a lot of information getting lost with not being able to sit in the office with your co workers.. the staying at home thing is wearing on them, you live at home and work at the office.. My customers are all starting to have problems with it and want to get back to the office. All we need is some major engineering screw up on a skyscraper or bridge design and the cost savings for not have office space disappers quite rapidly.. My prediction long term is 85% + of office space gets back to normal.
I am an engineer, and it would be easy for something to get lost in lack of communication, not eveyrthing is understood or rectified by email, text or video conference, cost of thousands or even millions could happen..

In Ontario it is the exact opposite. I see everywhere that people have gone to work. Larger companies that have people working from home are still paying rent and are financially sound. That will all change September. Municipalities are starting full time back to work schedules as opposed to part time. Other companies will follow suit. They are paying rent regardless.
Malls and shopping centres are absolutely rammed. No parking. I think people are realizing that this has gone too far. They all need to wake up and stop getting subsidized. That tranny Trudeau needs to follow Swedish rule and stop the anarchy that if continued will bankrupt each and every one of us through taxation in the near future.
