RE:Concerns on the StreetI can see the impatience of advisors who recommend stocks in this sector. There has been a number of road blocks put in Aquilas way and why invest in this stock when there are other companies with communities that want to have jobs. 

To that end i concede that their reputation could be marred.

As for the permit requirements, there is a certain order to this. i have no problem in allowing them to do the permits in the order that they deem the most prudent. The main ones are out of the way.
