That's a good question, unlike all of the other charlatan behaviour of Blockchain Labs Asia and its principle Eli Weir, Enegra appears to have actually had some value at one time:
If you look at
Australian Tax Office 2014-2015 Report of Entity Tax Information you can download a spreadsheet that shows that Enegra Ltd had an income of 855,740,361 in 2014.
Since Enegra became involved with Blockchain Labs Asia and David Vincent's anti-Midas touch the company's value has gone to zero.
If you search for Enegra Ltd on
Australia's Securities Regulator it shows that on the 22nd of January 2020 it was changed to a proprietary company. Why would any shareholder vote for reduced transparency and regulation? This is the Blockchain labs and David Vincent pattern, make everything opaque and inscrutable, and ignore reporting requirements or pesky corporate governance.
I imagine that MetalStream or Sonata capital will eventually show some old Enegra financials to claim that they have $67M in tokens or something, and then give the tokens to Canamex and Altamira. Good luck mining gold with tokens rather than cash!
