RE:RE:RE:7acres work culture Fair enough, we don't have definitive knowledge about the source of the reviews. And I'm long on this stock and have a significant amount of shares so I'm not out to bash it. But I also have a lot of experience assisting organizations operate more effectively and it all begins with creating a healthy work culture. This supports business success, which supports share price increases. This is a stock discussion board and I'm here to discuss matters that can influence the stock price.
I don't have a direct channel to the senior management team, but I expect they read these posts so this is my way of sending a message. Perhaps things are all fine, and any feedback on that from members of this board is appreciated. But I've seen management teams often get caught up in numbers, and strategies, and interpersonal relationships, and forget about the on-the-ground workers who, in the end, will make or break the company. And I want to make sure those workers are listened to and actions are taken to keep them happy. Because ultimately, that means a higher share price for me.
Cheers.
