Any new news on this company?

Any new news on this company?Everyone seems to think its a good company... good balance sheet, manageable debt levels, good properties etc. Yet there are no takers on the stock. And yes I know other companies are in the same boat. It seems like its a real struggle for this one to gain any traction.
