RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Read the info circular Worked out great. Nearly all the convertable debt holders saw there was value in owning a piece of a new company, even after giving a slice to equity holders in order to secure the votes needed for each asset class. 

Some large debenture holders even saw the opportunity to squeeze out a bit more value for themselves (and their class).

Overall, this was a great restructuring to run through and with the 36 new shares + 65 rights per debenture I look forward to realising the equity upside of a cleaned up company now which, for some reason, the market is saying its worth quite a bit now.
