RE:RE:RE:GETTING CLOSE TO THE TARGET'S

Dividend is restrained by debenture covenants as well. Once that's lifted I'd like to see some special dividends considering they are pooling cash and don't seem to be interested in acquisitions at this time. Fully expect them to buy back the remaining public float and go private in a years time.
