Some GUD thoughts.

In review of the posted results, using number of shares voted ,90 million, of total shares outstanding, 130 million.

With 70% of total shares present voted, & 99.82% voted in favour of GOODMAN,

THUS,

even if the remains 40 million shares that didn't vote, did so, & assuming they all voted against GOODMAN, he would still have over 69% of the votes in his favour.
