Well you are wrong on that point. Although I am not shorting this stock, I can short stocks at any price down to under a dime if I choose. Canaccord and PI are the brokerages I use.

Yeah, I was thinking about the sp that you can take margin on a stock. CIBC is $3. Disregard comment on shorting,mini stroke.
