Focus on positivesInstead of crying over a low BRL currency and it's impact on quarterly numbers and the companys assets, things that management can't do much about I'd rather focus on the positives.
- A low BRL gives us low productions costs.
- The price of K-Forte is correlated to the Potash spot price, which are set in USD.
- The farmers export their commodities in USD and make more money than before which hopefully makes them more open for spending money on fertilisers and soil enhancers.
- Verde is growing their sales and production.
- Verde has returning customers placing larger orders.
- Verde has one of the most commited CEO's I've ever come across. He focuses on his company 7 days a week, day and night.
- New permits in place to meet production and sales for at least another year.
I don't believe in buying a couple of hundred thousands of shares and then start trying to change the way the company operates. This is a company under extreme growth and there will always be different thoughts how the company should be run, but if your opinion differs too much from the managements I think it's better to place your money in a blue chip company or take your money and start your own business. It's extremely hard to valuate a company with this kind of growth. I myself believes this company will continue to grow at a high speed, if I have to pay 50, 60,70 or 90 cents a share doesn't really matter if you're in it for the log run.
