MD&A For the three months ended June 30,2020 from August 12Urai, I do agree with StockDoc that we all feel the same way about management, and I will never defend them, I have been a big critic, but I venture to say in the world we now live in it is hard to find a company where management does not skim off more than there share. I wouldn't even have a problem with it if they were moving us forward in a timely fashion but we also all know that hasn't happened. The problem I think is that we do have our hard earned money in this and I think I can speak for most longs that we are still here not because we love Stan and Scott but because we still believe we can make a little money, what that will turn out to be is still up in the air. When you come on the way you have I think you make people feel like they are getting their noses rubbed in it and it doesn't sit well. Everyone should be welcome to discuss ESM on this board as long as it is respectful and well intentioned. The other point I wanted to make is that, for myself, since the prospectus was done and we have some big players in this, we are in a better place to have some control over management fees and so on. When a prospectus is done, they have to account for the moneys that they spend, these guys do not throw out 22 million and not want accountablility!!
