RE:Who are .?

RE:Who are .?More to the point Jacques Mallette (Chairman) knows fine well this is a money spinning project and he done what was required by his real employers (whoever that may be). How has he got of free of criticism? He was put in position specifically for the task of selling up and freeing the company of all us pesky common shareholders.... ;-{

the ccaa monitor ?

After a thorough review, with its financial and legal advisors, of available qualified bids received as part of the SISP and after the withdrawal of other indications of interest as well as a careful consideration of the interest of all of its stakeholders, the Corporation’s Board of Directors, following a unanimous recommendation of its special committee, the recommendation of the Corporation’s advisors and the support of the CCAA Monitor, determined that accepting the Bid was the best alternative for the Corporation.

I think a majority of shareholders would agree that the  corporation s board of directors Doesnt have the competence to make that decision of selling the company .
it looks like a sell out to one of their board buddies more than a deliberate attempt to satisfy the interest of the real majority owners of the company.
The project is a goldmine and this board didn t even notice it.
so much for their good judgment
