forget turtle; you have a dead horse part #2From the letter, July 16, 2019, the FCC contact person notes from the "request for experiment "
See:
https://fcc.report/ELS/Patriot-One-Technologies-Inc/0489-EX-CN-2019/232422.pdf Basically Patriot One
seeks authority to develop threat detection using CMR....
in 2019! So based on the request I am wondering under what authority Patriot One was beginning testing of PATSCAN CMR by the end of 2017 in Las Vegas because it looks like their own lawyer points out they had no authority to do so as noted in the 2019 request for experiment (above).
These are the troubling quotes from Patriot One NFORCED Nov. 30 2017:
"The development center will test and implement its award-winning PATSCANTM CMR concealed weapon detection radar device and software solution. The center will be set up in a private, high-security location within the resort beginning on Monday, December 4, 2017, and
will begin PATSCANTM CMR tests by the end of the week...The team will begin the process of
testing the PATSCANTM CMR concealed weapon detection solution
in a live entertainment environment over the next several months. I am wondering if the Nevada Gaming Commission was aware that Patriot One was waving an unauthorized through wall scanner around in a casino with children around! Make sure you get a good back up photo of
"Checking In ... Patriot One engineer Jeanault Lasnier conducts some live environment research and tests with the PATSCAN CMR concealed weapon detection solution in Las Vegas" because my guess is this will disappear from the website next... I guess with Martin Cronin being walked out the door, it’s really up to you Chairman Peter
Van der Gracht; when will you come clean on the PATSCAN CMR debacle? Shareholders deserve some answers!
