Running electrical lines can be done very quickly. Electrician do it everyday, everywhere on the planet.The only difference from one oven model to the other in regards of customisation would be torch attachement/placement and I would guess control systems integration. You say we should not be insulting each other but you have agressive replys like " do you know how to read" or "have you ever seen one"... not very much showing the respect you ask for.
