Mind is blown If you are looking at a company you at the least understand the situations, read press releases, there are a few dozen articles statinh a national security review is expected and some guy thinks its my theory 
its in a dozen national news papers - I was looking for a possible swing trade the risk (time) exceeds reward for me - take care
