Imo REITs has only one way to go. Up up up. Everything made for a perfect storm. Low borrowing rate and stays that way for a long time. Terrible treasure rate. Tons of money out there nowhere to flow. Soon to be higher than normal inflation. Temporary weakness due to Covid. All these forming an incredible Investment opportunity.
