RE:i'm outSorry to see you go!
Peter Lynch, Joel Greenblatt, and Warren Buffett would all beg you to reconsider leaving over insider selling, as none of them believe that to be a good reason to sell. They do say if it is EXCESSIVE, you should take a look at the fundamentals of the company to make sure they are still intact.
So, have the fundamentals for HPQ changed recently? YES, absolutely! - They have formed an agreement with Pyrogenesis that both completely protects the shareholders from a takeover of the nano-silicon business.
-
- They have released news that the first revenue producing samples will be out in December to industry buyers and universities.
-
- They have obtained a right of refusal for the PUREVAP process as it relates to any other metals that other company's may want to use the PUREVAP process for, solidifying them as the future de-facto supplier of lowest price nano-metals going forward, at their option of course.
So
the fundamentals have changed, in fact, fundamentally
the company looks BETTER than it ever has in my eyes.
So after assessment, for me,
HPQ is definitely still a buy!
Best of luck though Pystocker, your input will
surely be missed!
Cheers!
