RE:Confirm my view of the new Equity Financing

RE:Confirm my view of the new Equity FinancingThat's the flow through portion, significant tax advantages so try the $ 2.00 portion of the financing.
$ 2.00 x 0.117 = .234
Oh snap !

Those ER shareholders are pretty smart but no windfall for them either unfortuneately.

If the $ 2.00 price can hold up after the dust settles then their stock will be worth the equivalent of .234 per share while the AUG guys will be worth $ 1.58

So if you've got 10,000 AUG now you'll receive 7000 Fury which should be worth $ 1.58
Or put another way, your current $ 25,000 ( if you bought it that cheap ) will turn into $ 11,060 and you just have to hope like hell everything works out with your private investment in Peruvian moose pasture.

Eastmain shareholders as of the closing date of the Transaction will be entitled to receive approximately 0.117 of a Fury Gold share

3.50 x 0.117 = 0.4095
This new subcription value the ER shares to
0,4095 ?
Thank
