They lost $29MM on $8MM in revenue and now sit with a debt to cash ratio of 5:1 ($100MM in debt and $20MM in cash). If they hasnt raised $25MM there would be a $5MM working capital deficiency. This means they are technically insolvent. Buffett once said you find out who is swimming naked when the tide goes out and XLY is swimming naked.
