RE:RE:Auxly Double Over The Next Year

RE:RE:Auxly Double Over The Next Year A good stock and a company with good products can be 2 different things. XLY problem is how they structures the share capitalization. Its the debentures that never convert. Debs are loans if they dont convert and that is debt. Thy have 20MM but owe 100MM. They cannot service the debt for long. When a company with no revenue issues converts, like they did, its to keep from diluting insiders while creating a pile of cash to spend. If the debs dont convert cause the SP tanks the company is over. They structured this for the insiders to win and retail to lose as retail isnt sophisticated to understand what they did. People keep saying Imperial is invested, NOOOOO! IMPERIAL LENT THEM MONEY. IF IMPERIAL WANTS THE ASSETS IT WORKS BEST IF THEY PUSH XLY INTO BANKRUPTCY BECAUSE THEY ACQUIRE THE ASSETS AT A FRACTION OF THE CONVERT PRICE ON THE DEB.
