RE:Is this a Scam?How do you come that the financing is done at 2$. Please read the quote below 2$ for 5M and 3.5$ for remaining (so 17.5M ?). That's my understanding but for sure it is not clear and misleading, the communication is very bad.

"The Subscription Receipts are being concurrently sold in two tranches. The first tranche of Subscription Receipts will be issued at a price of C$2.00 per Subscription Receipt for gross proceeds of C$5,000,000 and the second tranche of Subscription Receipts will be issued at the higher price of C$3.50 per Subscription Receipt (the "FT Price")"
