The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. If we are receiving in total, $2.2MM worth of VIBE shares at 30-day avg of $0.36 per share that means approx. 6,111,111 VIBE shares distributed to VCAN holders. With around 37MM VCAB shares outstanding that would mean roughly 1 VIBE share for every 6 VCAN share we currently own? Is this calculated correctly? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
