RE:RE:RE:VCAN: down 7.69% This is my understanding as well. I may be mistaken but I believe that is accurate:

*all share transaction(s)
*clearly stated that VIBE shares are priced at 30 day historical average, which is lower than the closing price on the 28th
* We DO NOT know what the strike price is for the options also included 

note: these transactions were for two of VCAN's fully owned subsidiaries, I don't know what each individual subsidiary has on its books so I can't figure out if there is anything else on a consolidated basis
