Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:House set to vote on marijuana legalization

RE:House set to vote on marijuana legalizationThis will be the major break we need. With cash on hand Aphria needs to keep to his word and buy a non marijuana company in the USA. Get us our foothold in the US and you will see those American investors roll in hard. That's where Aphria is absent from that's what we need to break loose. We have everything else in place. I believe a merger with Canopy or Cronos would be much better then ACB. After the merger they can just eat up ACB assets if they can't survive. I don't think they should fully merge with ACB until ACB sheds all its over weight keeps its good assets and let's Aphria leadership run the show
