Kaplan has the right idea about giving this to more established hands, BUT NOT AT THIS PRICE.
The deal should workout to minimun .20 cents for VCAN shareholders, and be clear in the release what this is worth - not smoke and mirrors NR to make it abstract.

Then if he wants to talk premium it should be closer to .30! Or did he get this confused with his back door premium????
