RE:RE:over 1M shares traded so far...How do you equate an acquisition to a fall in share price? If it's accretive, stock price can go up.  It may go down only if money are raised to fund an acquisition or if a hefty premium was paid.

many instances of stocks going up in announcement of definitive agreements.
