RE:When the "Insiders" buy ... then so do I I can interpret this in two ways

1) Lisa ran out of stock options so she has to buy on the public market. This could mean RHT's balance sheet is doing ok. If Reliq needed to strengthen the balance sheet, the CEO would keep her money for newly issued stock options instead of buying stocks on the public market.


2) As you said, it also means there is no material information not disclosed to shareholders. She couldn't trade on insider information. This means no big acquisition or private placement is going on.
