Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:Lets start tallying the NO VOTE........I always read the board but never participated as I don't have anything to add, just created an account to give my opinion about this.

I do agree that the deal doesn't seem good and at the worst time possible but keeping everything the same with the current management is not a good scenario either. Very poor communication and nothing seems to move.

I am thinking of 3 scenarios:
1. The deal is voted down, management stays the same. We are just going to bleed money while they get their paychecks. (BAD option)
2. The deal is approved, seems like a bad deal but a lot more information is required to give an informed opinion. Sadly, management's communication is awful. We might get shares in a company that will actually do something (probably a BAD option but still need the details)
3. The deal is voted down and we get new management, this is my preferred option. We do have the assets but with the current management nothing will get done.
