In the asymptomatic cohort, only 3/40 people actually had COVID but the Sona test identified them. This is great news. However, the much lower overall sensitivity suggests that the Sona test missed a significant number of hospitalized cases, which should be much easier to catch. This is counterintuative and needs explanation.
Given this data, the cohort for asymptomatic positives needs to be much larger to generate a reliable sensitivity percentage for those in the early stage of infection.
Very interesting though, and things look more positive than they did yesterday IMHO. Fingers crossed
