Yes, fair point. Who knows how long these hospitalized patients had been infected with COVID? As usual, there are huge gaps in the released data, and the final say will be had by the regulatory bodies. But, stating a 100% sensitivity on a positive study size of 3 is not good practise and will be questioned for sure.
