Recording a negative result on 37 individuals without symptoms who are actually COVID-19 negative should be a given. Just like if you run water down the test it should come back as negative. I would be worried if 100% wasn't achieved.
Picking up positive cases is hugely challenging. They have managed it on a tiny sample size (which, don't get me wrong, is fantastic news) but statistically will need to improve this dataset.
