Hmmmn...
Hmmmn...Just a few comments...
1. We do not have until October to sort this all out as someone indicated - the Cathedral deal closes in two weeks - Sept. 15
2. To vote this down leaves us where? Similar to what someone else posted to a degree...voting this down and turning it back over to Heath and Kaplan leaves us bleeding until, in my opinion, certain death - is this a lifeline then? And maybe the only one as bad as it might be - I say might because we do not have definitive clarity. I must say if it was a great deal, in my opinion, they would be very proud, upfront and clear about the premiums, etc. - which they are not as yet - so it may be as weak as some are musing.
3. The idea that we will vote this down and get new management and a new Board sounds like fantasy to me - practically speaking - how would that happen? Who is retaining counsel to begin that process and paying for that counsel? Who is leading that specific charge and challenge? I have said many times that I don't believe there is literally anybody left at this company other than Heath and Kaplan - the other Director seems to have been largely out of the mix for years - we never hear contributions from him though they may have occured.
I got crushed on this from back in the Covalo days as many here did as well. My beef was with Stammp the Bullshiter and his lame asss leadership that morfed into Heath the bartender getting his shot at glory with my dough unfortunately.
I had essentially written this off based on my incredibly low belief in Heath's skills or lack thereof - I had a moment of hope with Gamble and am sickened that I could have got out for circa a buck not even that long ago...and now this further mess.
Not sure what to say boys - is this Vibe offer the best of a very bad hand? Might be. The alternative, to me, seems worse and impractical...but that is just my opinion....as I have always been over the years - open to all opinions....220,000 shares at a painfully high average...DFC
